Roland Quandt provided leaked marketing documents that provide an early look at new entry-level Arc B570 GPU of Intel.
According to the papers, the card will include 18 Xe2 cores, 10 GB of GDDR6 VRAM on a 160-bit memory bus.
It will also include an 8-pin PCIe power connector, and a 2.6GHz GPU frequency. It also details an ASRock Arc B570 Challenger OC model with two fans.
Additionally, support for DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 is noted. This week, the B570 and another entry-level Battlemage GPU are anticipated to be released.
A somewhat more potent version of the B570, the Arc B580, is also the subject of rumors.
VideoCardz discovered an early Amazon listing that suggests the B580 would have an 8-pin PCIe power connector, 2.8GHz GPU clock, 12 GB of GDDR6 VRAM on a 192-bit memory bus, and 20 Xe2 cores.
According to these specs, Intel is aiming to compete with cards like the AMD Radeon RX 7600 and Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti in the low-cost GPU market. Pricing is still unknown.
Moreover, according to a listing posted by @Momomo_us, a $250 “Limited Edition” B580 undercuts the $269 Radeon RX 7600 and the $399 RTX 4060 Ti.
It won’t be long before Intel unveils its new Battlemage GPUs. The business has confirmed that it will stream an announcement about Arc on its YouTube channel. The date of announcement is December 3rd at 9 AM ET, which is equivalent to 7 PM PKT.
