The advisory confesses that AI chatbots, such as ChatGPT, have become more and more in demand for both personal and professional duties due to their ability to enhance productivity and engagement.

At the same time, the CERT stresses that there is a possibility of breaching of data because private information is constantly stored in these AI tools.

Interactions with AI chatbots interactions may include private details, which also includes plans for business, personal discussions, or classified conversations.

All of these could be uncovered if not safeguarded adequately. The recommendation emphasizes the necessity of a strong cybersecurity framework to reduce risks associated with the use of AI chatbots.

Users are advised to not enter private information into AI chatbots as they are declared security risks. Users are also advised to deactivate any chat-saving features to lower the danger of unlawful access to data.

Also, the CERT advises doing routine scans of security system and to employ monitoring tools to spot any questionable activity from AI chatbots.

To shield against any possible data drain from AI-driven interactions, all the organizations are asked to execute rigorous security measures.
