Warid Officially Launched 4G LTE Service in Pakistan

As announced to be releasing by this year end Warid have officially launched its 4G LTE service in Pakistan. Warid have also updated its website, also have officially launched its prepaid and postpaid data bundles and coverage area.

Coverage area

Well first of all about coverage area, Warid have initially launched its service in 6 cities of Pakistan. These are

  • Lahore
  • Karachi
  • Faisalabad
  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi
  • Gujranwala
As you know that the trials were already in progress so you will enjoy them till 7 days from 26 December 2014.

Data Plans

Following are the data plans that are available officially

Prepaid:

  • Weekly: 250MB for Rs 50
  • Monthly
    – Mini: 300MB for Rs 100
    – Value: 750MB for Rs 200
    – Smart: 1.5GB for Rs 300
    – Big: 5GB for Rs 500
    – HD: 8GB for Rs 800
To subscribe any of these packages, dial *777# from prepaid connection.

Postpaid: 

  • Monthly
    – Value: 750MB for Rs 200
    – Smart: 1.5GB for Rs 300
    – Big: 5GB for Rs 500
    – HD: 8GB for Rs 800
To subscribe any of these packages, Dial 321 or visit nearest franchise / Warid Business Center.
As we can see that there are no daily bundle right now so we are expecting that daily bundles will be available soon. Right now these bundles are officially available at warid website too. We have released a separate post about Warid 4G lte prepaid and postpaid plans with full details.
