Zong 4G Launch Date Goes Official

Zong have already launched its 3G services in Pakistan after getting 3G and 4G licenses from PTA. Earlier Zong want to launch 4G services in May 2015 but due to Warid 4G launch at the end of September 2014, Zong have also announced its 4G launch officially.

Zong 4G launch date is 27th September 2014. Its announced today via TVC commercial. Zong have announced this date a few days ago and have planned to launch 4G in PC hotel Karachi via Ceremony. TVC states

The Fastest is about to going more Faster by Launching 4G network in Pakistan. 

Zong have also announced that it is launching this 4G service for Free in first four cities. These cities will be Lahore Karachi Islamabad and Rawalpindi. As in the past happened with 3G launch, few selected areas will have that 4G services in these four cities.

To be able to use 4G you must replace your older SIM from Zong to use 4G network. So if you want to use this 4G service then you should go to Zong franchise and replace your older 3G SIM with Zong 4G SIM. Mega.pk shared an image of 4G SIM given below
