Back before youtube was temporarily blocked in Pakistan many times due to blasphemy content released by some countries which lead to a serious block in year 2013.
After this till today it was blocked but is being accessed by proxies services like hotspot shields and spotflux. Now govt is serious in taking decision that it should be unblocked so that user of Pakistan donot require any kind of proxies to get to youtube.
Talking to private channel for launch of 3G and 4G Networks Syed Ismail told
We have made a committee which is seriously working on this matter and are filling this case to Lahore Courts to unblock youtube so as to help a better launch of 3G and 4G network. Hope to see good results soon
This seems to be a good indication by Chairman PTA to make successful launch of 3G and 4G networks.
